Phone screens and batteries are a specialty with its own parts pipeline, and I would rather send you to a shop that does thirty a week than do one badly. What I am good at is the part most shops rush: getting your phone set up right and teaching you how to use it.
New phone day
Bring the old phone and the new one. I move your contacts, photos, messages, and apps, sign you back into your accounts, and make sure the old phone is wiped before it goes in a drawer or gets traded in.
Locked out
Forgotten Apple ID or Google password, two-factor codes going to a number you no longer have, an email account that suddenly wants a phone you sold. These take patience more than skill, and I have both. You will need to be present, because the accounts are yours.
