Desktop repair
Towers and all-in-ones that will not start, crash, overheat, or crawl.
Bring the tower, keep the rest
For a desktop you only need to bring the computer itself. Leave the monitor, keyboard, and mouse at home unless you think one of them is the problem. For a house call I work at your desk with your own screen.
No power, no picture
Power supplies are the most common failure and one of the cheapest fixes. I test the supply first, then the motherboard and memory, before quoting anything bigger.
Crashes and restarts
Random restarts are usually heat, a failing drive, or bad memory. I run the real tests instead of guessing, then tell you which it is.
Upgrades
If the computer is slow but healthy, a solid-state drive and more memory make a five-year-old desktop feel new for a fraction of the price of replacing it. I will tell you honestly when a machine is not worth putting money into.
