Projects and visits beyond that are billed by the hour. Details and pricing are settled in a short conversation, not a forty-page contract. Month to month: 30 days’ notice to stop.

Consent and privacy, up front

When I install the remote helper on your computers, your staff see a notice whenever I connect, every session is logged with who and when, and you can switch any computer to “ask first” mode. I put this in writing before I install anything.

Ask for a quote and mention “business”. I visit, look at what you have, and send a plain one-page summary of what I would do first.
